releasing bitsy 3d beta

it's out there now :D it's not complete yet and there are major updates to come before the release. you might still need to use original bitsy "room" panel alongside the new "3d scene" panel for placing exits, endings and drawing a bunch of tiles together instead of placing them one by one. you will be taken to the appropriate layer in the "room" panel when you alt-click something in 3d scene
